Stewartby, Bedfordshire

Stewartby is a ‘model village’ in Marston Vale, Bedfordshire.  O&H spent time working with the Councils and villagers to ensure that the sustainable extension to the village respects the original design ethos.  With planning permission granted in 2009 and a Design Guide approved in April 2012, it is anticipated that the development will be completed in around 2021.  Already, the employment site is partly occupied.  As part of the development, a number of assets have been transferred to the ownership of the Parish Council, including the village hall.
